We made Crystal Waters our home for the whole month of July! And loved every minute. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Ali and Theo who took our bags straight off us! From then the check in was smooth and Ali went out of his way during our whole stay and made us feel right at home with whatever we needed whenever we needed it - he was outstanding! Both Ali and Theo were there and friendly the whole stay. Our room was a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with additional toilet downstairs - it was such a well appointed room and very clean - with the cleaning staff daily not missing a beat in refreshing our room. SO nice to walk back into everyday. The breakfast was easily one of the best resort buffets I've experienced - great variety did not disappoint our fussy kids eating habits either - special mention to Ioanna who made our kids feel special and made a great impression off the bat. She was the sole reason our shy kids felt comfortable going down to the kids club to give us some adult time to enjoy the amazing cocktails in the Pool bar from George the barman. George (the barman) made us feel so welcome and his customer service is next level - not to mention his amazing cocktail making skills!!!! Sooooo good!!!! Stathie the Poolside server was just unreal - his attention and customer service was stellar, like George, Stathie made us feel right at home and nothing was ever a problem - he's definitely like George an asset to Crystal Waters!! The Poolside service and Poolside menu was delicious and fresh catering to the kids menu was on point and so was the adult menu - super tasty with great quality, the chicken cesar and the chicken wraps where definitely on high rotation on our month long stay by the pool for lunch! Not to forget Satoris too for his customer service around the pool was amazing! The food at the restaurant was epic too - the signature chef has nailed it at the main restaurant and the room service menu was again awesome!!

Every aspect of the hotel was luxurious: The quiet private beach, numerous pools, well equipped gym, fabulous Italian restaurant, views from so many places in the resort, amenities in the room… Just wowed by our 3 days here.

Accommodation is excellent. 100% equipment of the apartment. Close to the city center, about 10 min. Perfect location for traveling around Lefkada.

We were met at the property by the owner, Rania and it felt instantly like we’d known her for years! Such a warm welcome we encountered from everyone we met on this beautiful island. I cannot recommend it enough. The villa itself is fully equipped with everything you would need for 6 people. Spotlessly clean with a midweek visit from the cleaning crew who changed linens too. Downstairs 2 bedrooms have a balcony area. Upstairs has a massive picture window with bug screens all over so you can have the windows open at all times. Fantastic powerful showers in all 3 bedrooms and bonus downstairs loo on the entry level. Pool area is where the magic begins. It’s just stunning. You can hear a pin drop so if you’re looking to switch off from work, this is the place! We had a car which I’d recommend to get to bigger supermarkets though there’s a few bars and restaurants along a country path towards the beach.

Location, villa, garden and views absolutely stunning! Fabulous combination of private waterfront, pool and hot tub and the balcony and seating areas all had incredible viewpoints. Lovely open plan kitchen and living space, comfortable bedrooms and the ground floor studio was great for the teenagers. Plenty of room for 7 of us to enjoy our stay. Sivota Bay is very pretty with wonderful places for food, drinks and boat hire, easily walkable too.
