Everything was amazing. I loved this hotel. The staff were so kind with us..it was lovely. Great location. The breakfast was delicious. Restaurant and coffee was very cozy and beautiful.

The location and ambience was great, only regret was not being there for a longer time! Staff were great, view from the pool was magnificent, and overall a fantastic holiday. Will definitely be back!

Everything felt personal and warm. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so special. We’ll definitely be back!

The views were stunning the staff were great always on point fast and helpful. The food was above all the other 5 star resorts while visiting Bali and also were the staff. Speed is something we noticed at other but not here, it’s was truly fast and a high quietly service. The only thing that could of made it better was maybe some live music but I understand not all people may want this. Kind regards James Jackson

Starting from the communication before arrival, the check-in ... later .. breakfast, amazing people who.workmthere, location in the middle of the rice fields far away from the noise of the street. I can not even think of what kind of recommendation I can give. It was so prefect.

Out of countless options in Bali, I’m grateful I chose to book this place for my parent’s anniversary! The booking process was smooth and the staff were very responsive with my queries. Most importantly, they went above and beyond in assisting and accomodating my parents. Kayumas was very welcoming and homey. Though afar, my parents felt safe and well taken care of. To Kayumas staff team, thank you so much to each and everyone of you! My parents had the loveliest time and they couldn’t stop talking about it. Thanks for giving them a great experience.
