Best of all we got upgraded to a new large family room during our stay for a week !!! In between they are very good at communication, they set up a whatsapp group at the beginning of your stay and make you feel like you are VIP. Overall recommended stay

Didnt take the breakfast in my package. The location is very good as it above Imago. Easy accessible to Grab too. The room is new and clean. the facilities provided are all excellent, A-class facilities like the new kettle as well as the dyson hairdryer. Water was given everyday as well as the pantry refill.

Shalom Suites ligger i Kota Kinabalu, 10 km fra Filipino Market Sabah og 14 minutters gang fra International Technology & Commercial Centre Penampang - ITCC. I have been travelling for 3 years and this place was exceptional and probably the nicest place I’ve stayed. The rooms and whole place is beautifully decorated and the hotel sits amongst a spa. They also have a restaurant attached. The place is family run and you could really tell how much thought and effort everyone put into making the place what it is! Everything is perfect. Although it is located a bit further out the city don’t let it put you off because you feel like you are in paradise inside. I got a massage done, which included a sit down with the doctor to tailor the massage to my health and wellbeing :) Staff are amazing and really kind too. A big thank you to all the staff for making it an amazing stay and especially to Fara for all your help :)
