The Botanica Sanctuary is a peaceful haven that combines beauty, relaxation and discovery. Comprised of 166 luminous rooms – including 38 Suites, two restaurants and a rooftop infinity pool. The breakfast buffet was extensive and catered for many tastes and nationalities. There was a middle eastern section, japanese, chinese, indonesian and western section. We were there for two days and about 25% of the buffet was changed from the day before. As we were at the end of the school holiday season it was quite crowded and noisy on day one, so we came earlier on day two and found it was far less crowded and much quieter. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Food quality was excellent and no shortage of supply.

The Papandayan offers 5-star luxury in Bandung’s city centre with an outdoor pool, fitness facilities and a day spa. The breakfast (included in the price) was exceptional. There was a selection of everything - I would say around 35 selections - eggs, bacon, sausage, a huge selection of Indonesian dishes, sushi, salads, curries, nasi goreng lots of sweet options local as well as cakes, pancakes, waffles, fruits, fresh juice, a selection of coffee's brought to your table made by the barista. The staff were exceptional and there were so many of them. You can sit outside or inside. It was a great experience to begin the day and a little chat with the staff was always lovely to enjoy. They helped us wth local information as well and always followed up on how we went the next day. As we were there for FifaU17 WC, they often asked about scored and celebrated or commiserated with us. We commend all the breakfast staff! Recommendations were taken up on and did not disappoint. The later check out time makes a difference too when so many hotels rush you out in the morning and you end a lovely holiday in panic mode. The pool was lovely and the spa amazing. You can book the hot and cold pool, steam room, sauna privately for an hour or so no extra charge! No crowds. The gym is small but efficient. Massages were half price of a neighbouring hotel our friend was in. Incredible massages! The door people were always friendly and stopping traffic for us. The personal touch of this hotel was something I have not experienced for many years. We even left with a beautiful Papandayan cushion as a gift. The decor of the hotel was lovely with Art deco meeting beautiful Indonesian design. The aromatherapy that hits you when you enter puts you in a calm mood after all the hustle and bustle of the city. The waterfall out the back is a serene environment and the fish beautiful. We had sandwiches made to go and they were like a meal in themselves! Incredible. No stomach issues whatsoever. Enjoying a cool climate, Hilton Bandung is located centrally in Bandung City, just 650 metres from Bandung Train Station. Everything about our stay was wonderful, especially the staff. The hospitality was top-notch! My daughter received a teddy bear from the receptionist, which made her extremely happy as she exclaimed, "This is the best hotel ever!" The breakfast was exceptional, offering a variety of traditional Indonesian, Asian, and Western dishes. We were also greeted with a welcome message in our room. The accommodations were spacious enough to comfortably fit four adults. Overall, it was one of our best stays.

There are bananas and toast and free water always available. He took care of the laundry, arranged surf lessons, scooters for rent, trips to the green canyon and drivers out of the town. The common area is comfy and everybody who arrives is part of the family within hours, including two cats and a kitten.

The staff here are the hotel's biggest asset, they are terrific. Beautiful location very close to Safari park. Amazing value for money with a huge amount of facilities.
