We had an amazing stay! The location was fantastic, with easy access to the pool and a private beach. The room was comfortable, with good water pressure and hot water, and the staff were incredibly helpful, checking in to see if we wanted the room refreshed in the evening. The breakfast was excellent, the coffee in the room and TV worked perfectly, and the beds were comfortable. Renting bikes from the property made exploring the area easy and fun. There’s a private pool for in-house guests and another pool for other customers, and the cocktails were amazing. Overall, everything about this property — from the amenities to the staff — made our stay truly enjoyable.

I recommend the balinese massage - it was amazing. The restaurant had the best friendly staff and meals as well. We loved the breakfast and we tried a lot of other meals and all of them were tasty - both indonesian and western type meals. The hotel area was very clean. I cannot find anything to improve.

From start to finish the hotel and the staff exceeded my expectations over and over again. We had an issue with our stay which was immediately given full attention by the receptionist and after the Semi-Manager Lorena. Everything was taken care of and amendments were made in order to make up for the issue we encountered. We checked-in early, room was clean. The pool is nice with sunbeds at our disposal including beach towels. The rooms, the pool, the restaurant, everything is close to the beach with an amazing sunset view. The restaurant food is very, very good. We ate there 3 times, 6 different meals. All were awesome. We got to connect with the chef Riccardo which was super cool as well. The staff had always a positive vibe. If you spend the daytime at the pool area you will keep being surprised by various snacks and refreshments. We ended up staying 2 more nights at PinkCoco, not staying more nights because we were time constrained. Very good stay, thanks to everyone involved, you guys are awesome.

The beach house is a super nice super clean super equipped place. Two pools. One more to party the other one to hang and read. Our room was really clean and had everything you want.
