The property was exceptional in terms of it location, atmposphere, and sense of spaciousness. The staff were exceptional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had enough variety to keep variety of palattes happy. The choice of experience available for guests are what you expect however had some unique "estate walk' with a resident ecologist is really makes the experience memorable. While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

Even the Farm at the hill is superb and well kept by Laxmi and team. FnB deppt is amazing, staff is excellent like Avi and Manish. Buggy system is very well coordinated and proactive.

We had a lovely stay at Evolve Back, Coorg. The property is beautiful, calm, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and the food was delicious. Special mention to Neetu and Ebrahim for their excellent service and warm hospitality. They made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to return.
