It's a very modern and clean hotel. The 'welcome' ritual was a nice surprise. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Concierge arranged Delhi day tour at very short notice. Driver and car were waiting for us in less than 30 minutes. Our driver, Rajveer was a Driver-and-Guide (2-in-1) who gave us background information about the places we visited. The Premium Room is of a generous size to accommodate 2 people very comfortably; and nicely decorated. We have tried the multiple restaurants at this hotel and they are all very good. Don't miss out on The Oberoi Patisserie for the nice pastries. Our transfer to and from Haridwar was also arranged by the helpful Concierge for a seamless travel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Situated in New Delhi, 2.3 km from Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, The Prime Delhi features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. The property has a luxurious feel to it, the inside is well designed and the rooms have great furnishings. Likewise their restaurant food is superb. Additionally the Staff is attentive and helpful, I even forgot something in the room after checking out and they made sure it could be kept safe until I retrieved it. Everyone is very friendly. The location is also central to Delhi, so very convenient whether coming from airport or outside Delhi.
