Wonderful place, great ambience and excellent staff. Room was excellent and very well kept up. Restaurants and food spread was very nice. Housekeeping staff were very courteous and always a step ahead to ensure our comfort. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. A few staffs who need special mention- 1) Avani (Food and Beverages)- Looked after us really well during breakfast and dining visits. 2) Minakshi and Syeda (Front office)- Very helpful during check in and check out. Minakshi went out of the way to send steamer and ginger/honey drink to the room to ensure quick recovery of our daughter who was having cold and stuffiness. 3) Dohwa and Monalisha (In room services)-Great Service. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

The property was exceptional in terms of it location, atmposphere, and sense of spaciousness. The staff were exceptional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had enough variety to keep variety of palattes happy. The choice of experience available for guests are what you expect however had some unique "estate walk' with a resident ecologist is really makes the experience memorable. While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

This is truly a 5-star hotel with exceptional service from the staff. Whilst the location is not central Bengaluru it is perfect for relaxing at the end of a trip before going to the airport which is only a 30 minute ride away. It is connected to a mall which makes it ideal for shopping with lots of restaurants. Being inside Bhartiya City makes it feel like you're not even in India! The rooms are very clean and well maintained, the bathrooms are big with exceptionally large shower/bath. We will be coming back to stay for a couple of nights on each trip before returning home.

Dear fellow traveler, With the utmost sincerity I urge you to visit the Coorg Wilderness Resort and Spa because it is simply amazing, down to the smallest details. We arrived after dark and out of the jungle rose massive iron gates with side lights, and we were inspected by security - this felt very Crazy Rich Asians. We were met at the roundabout by Aswathi who facilitated the rest of our checkin. We received a blessing, were led to a couch, and received a cup of ginger tea before she went over the stay and amenities with us. We were shown to our suite, which was beautifully appointed in every way. Simply luxurious. You will not want for anything, there is something to occupy every visitor, even the pickiest among you - even our 15 year old daughter. The food in the restaurant is outstanding, a feast for the eyes and the palette. Daily there are many activities offered. Our favorites were morning bird watching, rooftop yoga, and a wilderness walk. The latter was led by Jagath who knows much about the local flora and fauna, and was infinitely patient with our many questions. We met other of Jagath”s colleagues, Harish, and jithesh, who operate the sustainable farm. We were offered the opportunity to select our own poultry for dinner…a rare option in our experience. The farm provides produce and meat to the kitchen and the results are unbeatable. So fellow traveler, this resort is most certainly worth your time for a visit.

Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE, centrally located and in close proximity to Tech Parks, Palace Grounds, shopping and entertainment districts, features multiple dining options and an award... Everything has exceeded my expectations, I had the pleasure staying at Four Seasons hotel Bengaluru, from the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional service that set the tone for my entire stay. They helped me since I made the booking with my special request to arrange for new year celebration, special thanks to Mr. Gautam Shankar (Assistant Manager Public Relations and Marketing), thanks to Ms. Jacintha from the Lounge and thanks to Mr. Dhanu Shree from the reception and all staff as they were always ready to assist with any request. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated and clean. The pool view is very beautiful, breakfast so delicious and diverse. The afternoon tea/coffee was amazing. The welcome sweet was really special. I stayed for new year celebration it was amazing and we saw the fireworks in the sky from the hotel it was really special.

This is the second time we stayed here, and we wanted to start the new year in this beautiful property! Starting the day at 6h30 with a meditation, then moving to yoga sets the tone for the rest of the day. It's peaceful and amazingly beautiful.

Breakfast was amazing with choice of food and beverages . trails n cultural events make up good memories , excellent choice for leisure , relaxation with family .
