Exceptional service from start to finish. My girlfriend was traveling alone with her mother, and the hotel staff arranged everything perfectly — they were welcomed directly at the airport and taken care of right away. Despite arriving quite late, they were still warmly received and even served dinner. They felt safe, comfortable, and well looked after throughout their stay. Highly recommended.

My stay was absolutely exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The service, location, and overall atmosphere made my experience memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

I cannot say enough good things about this 5-star hotel, such a hidden gem in Cochin. The rooms were spacious and clean with the most comfortable bed and the right neck pillows. Staff were absolutely incredible; their service was top notch. We had many deliveries to the hotel, and they managed it with such care and consideration. The bonus was the Forum mall attached to the hotel. But without a doubt, the best part of the experience was the food at the restaurant. We were at the end of our trip and stayed in luxury hotels throughout, but nowhere did we experience the taste of the food like this. The chef is the best I've come across.
