We are a family of 4. We booked 2 hotel rooms for 5 nights. It is the most beautiful and charming hotel (haveli style) we have been during our Indian stay. All staff we kind with us, proactive in organisation, rooms were large and kept the traditional touches which gave to our stay a truly authentic feeling. Veg Food at the hotel restaurent was exquisite. Breakfast was also organised early morning (5 am) as we set off to visit the Taj Mahal. Overall, we highly recommend if you are looking for an authentic stay in Jaipur. Thank you to all hotel staff!

Himanshu ensured that his Concierge team led by Kashif provided culturally rich Jaipur tours in a comfy car, careful Taj drivers and with a knowledgeable guide. Manish at dinner dining was so helpful and friendly during our meal times and so attentive to our requirements. Taj Amer is a beautiful hotel with modern facilities and is top tier in Jaipur's accommodation sector.

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff, especially Pushkar who went above and beyond to help with our hotel search in Jaipur.

This palace hotel, a reincarnation of the royal mahals of Jaipur, is located in tranquil environs away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I like the F&B team really great from the chef to the director to all the staff and team very nice experience

The service was outstanding—every staff member was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate any request, no matter how small. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay truly stood out. A beautiful rooftop perfect for work or relaxation with great views. The breakfast was another highlight. The variety and quality of the dishes were impressive, with fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. It was the perfect way to start each day. I highly recommend 243 villa to anyone looking for excellent hospitality and great value. I will definitely return on my next trip!

Perched magnificently upon a granite hill and offering a 360-degree view of Rajasthani landscape, Alila Fort Bishangarh offers complimentary WiFI, a sun terrace with a swimming pool, fitness centre... We had an amazing and unforgettable time at the Alila Fort. The property is beautiful and you can fall in love with its romantic ambience and architecture. I have visited many heritage properties around the world but this one truly stands out. The staff organized a special event for us and was helpful throughout our time. The food was out of this world and the chefs took real care in serving the guests. We also recommend to take the spa experience when you are here. Amazing for a romantic getaway with your loved one.

Loved the property and the room. We stayed there only one night. The staff was super helpful. We had to leave early in the morning and they were really nice in fixing a up a breakfast for us.

A grand residence that housed the last reigning Maharaja of Bikaner His Highness Narendra Singhji, Narendra Bhawan is a heritage property that possesses a one-of-a-kind legacy. Feeling like a Maharaja. Wonderful place; probably the best hotel in town. A must.
