Beautiful building, very responsive to booking requests, tucked away down a narrow street but a very helpful tuktuk service that was available to drive you in and out with bags. Rooftop pool was lovely. Excellent location near the older parts of town. When we visited it was newly opened, so some small teething issues with breakfast, but I’m sure these will improve as the staff were responsive and keen to hear feedback. Looking forward to returning when the bars are open, as both the cocktail bar and the rooftop bar look like they will be lovely.

The hotel is in a very central location, all the sightseeing locations were reachable at walking distance. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was great, both with Western option and Indian options. It exceeded our expectations. We also highly recommend the affiliated restaurant, which is located in a nice rooftop - we stayed two nights in Udaipur and we had dinner in that restaurant every evening.

The quality of everything in the hotel is top notch and really a great value for your money. the location is close to all touristic sites and the views are impeccable. We had a little miscommunication and the way management handled it was very professional and generous. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Jaipur.

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff, especially Pushkar who went above and beyond to help with our hotel search in Jaipur.

This palace hotel, a reincarnation of the royal mahals of Jaipur, is located in tranquil environs away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything, excellent property. Would like to come back again.

Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay truly stood out. A beautiful rooftop perfect for work or relaxation with great views. The breakfast was another highlight. The variety and quality of the dishes were impressive, with fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. It was the perfect way to start each day. I highly recommend 243 villa to anyone looking for excellent hospitality and great value. I will definitely return on my next trip!
