I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of my stay, from the cleanliness of the facilities to the prompt service provided by the staff, including Ajit, Vishwas, Diya, Ester, Leyan, Naren, Sudeshna, Mathi, and Ayush Singh. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to return!

The customer service was excellent! From efficient pre-arrival communications, a smooth check-in (all prior arrangements were ready), walked me out to the fitness centre outdoor at night, arranged bfast food packs as we would check out for our flight before the buffet started; just overall a considerate and thoughtful team at Trident. Eventhough we only stayed for one night, we were very happy especially since we had a poor experience at another nearby airport hotel week prior.
