Chef Raj and chef Sanil kumar were constantly meeting us to ensure we were comfortable. We even had a wonderful unique dining experience on our anniversary. Chef Sanil was personally involved in curating the menu. The Manager Restaurants , Mr Sajjith was exceptional. He was attending to us everyday and even making some cocktails with the limited inventory. Some people who made our trip memorable were - Sajjith , Raj & Sanil , Akshay and Ameer ( interns ).

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional customer service that set the tone for a memorable stay. The staff at Mount Xanadu went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, and their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. Our room had a breathtaking view facing the hills and the serene river, which made waking up each morning an absolute delight. The panoramic scenery was nothing short of picturesque, and we spent countless hours simply soaking it all in from our balcony. There’s something incredibly soothing about the gentle sounds of nature combined with the stunning landscape, making it a perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We really enjoyed our stay! The home was so pretty, the rooms comfortable and spacious with wonderful view from the balcony and the room top terrace! The food was home cooked, delicious and diverse and we really enjoyed getting to know Kerala cuisine. The hosts were really helpful and lovely. Also there are many options for ayurveda treatment if you’re interested!
