We also appreciated how relaxing the entire property felt—quiet corners, greenery, and plenty of places to just sit and enjoy the moment. All staffs are well trained on how to behave with the guests making the stay extremely smooth. The resort location is the best part. One of the best view of chemra peak. Cozy vibes at every corner. The food is prepared in house keeping taste and hygiene in mind. The breakfast spread was different each day. So it doesn't get boring.

A superb experience from start to finish! The smiling staff were all super attentive and helpful. Our room (Royal Comfort Suite) was huge and gorgeous. The breakfast and dinner buffet meals were delicious and plentiful. We had two wonderful massages in the spa. We also enjoyed playing games, swimming in the beautiful pools and wandering around the gorgeous grounds. High tea at 5 o’clock on our day of arrival made a spectacular start, and a short climb up to the sunset viewing point made a wonderful end to our stay. We also recommend a visit to the local flower gardens at Ambalavayal Poopoli and the Edakkal Caves.

Offering tree houses, heritage suites and pool villas, Pepper Trail is set in a 200-acre coffee and spice plantation. Infinity pool was stunning, Heritage property (MacKenzie Suite) and excellent tour around the plantation. Staff were all lovely and particularly excellent was the guy who takes the activities- he was extremely knowledgeable.
