We stayed one night and everything was excellent. The staff spoke excellent English, which was a benefit for us as we were tired after a long journey from Canada’s west coast. The front desk manager was very helpful- he arranged the payment for our on-street parking spot (the hotel also has its own parking garage), and personally brought extra towels to our room and fixed a connection problem with the wi-fi as well. The restaurant dinner was good and the free breakfast selections were outstanding- the best we’ve ever found in Italy.

Everything exceeded our expectations. We want to especially thank Bianca and Cavo for their exceptional service at breakfast and throughout the day. We would definitely stay again. Renovated with great taste, rooms are spacious and squeaky clean. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast: everything was delicious. Location is perfect, with available parking inside and outside the hotel. Picked it by chance and got lucky ! Will definitely visit again.

The room was beautiful and spacious, it was super clean and the bedding and towels were changed each day. The addition of a wine fridge with local wines was a nice touch too! We used the spa and it was just perfect and so personal. The lovely family that run the hotel couldn’t have done more for us!! From recommending and booking restaurants for us, arranging taxi’s and even spoiling me on my birthday by presenting me with a fruit tart with a candle in at breakfast! The breakfast in general was very good, with a varied supply of fresh and local produce. Every day was amazing!!!
