Very welcoming. The room had a lovely view over to a cathedral and campanile. The breakfast was excellent and we took the opportunity to eat in the garden. The hotel was well positioned near the city centre.

We spent some wonderful days off-season at this hotel. Often, off-season visits can mean a compromise in service quality, but that was absolutely not the case here. The staff was outstanding—constantly smiling and incredibly helpful, treating us like royalty. The food was also delicious. Having stayed in numerous top-notch hotels, I can confidently say this one stands out from the rest. Thank you for such a fantastic experience.

Everything was wonderful. When I arrived, the front desk staff upgraded my room. The room had everything you could need: shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, a kettle with coffee and tea. I was surprised by the size of the bed. The hotel has a spa and provides a bathrobe and slippers in the room so you can head to the spa ready to go. The balcony was huge with a great view of the sea. By the way, they have an ironing service on one of the floors where you can iron your clothes yourself. When I was leaving, the staff even gave me a gift. I’d love to come back again.

Super charming retro hotel with a lot of character. You can still feel the elegance of its former glory – from the majestic old trees in the garden to the beautiful antique elevator. Everything is well maintained and high quality, with a unique atmosphere you just don’t get in modern hotels. Great service and much better value for money than many newer places. Highly recommended if you appreciate timeless charm over trendy minimalism.

An idyllic place! The host is both discreet and always available — very pleasant and truly accommodating. The property is absolutely peaceful, perfectly maintained, and simply beautiful. The room was lovely, spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. And all of this just 15 minutes from Parma! A fabulous stay! I highly recommend it!

Very approachable staff, allways to satisfy your needs and requirements. The house was lovely. We paid extra and ghet the decorations and prosecco and i think that was the cherry on the top wrapping all into a romantic adventure. Be back for sure.

Amazing stay in Rastignano, apartment very cosy, easy to access and host very friendly. Close to train station and public bus to Bologna, and bakery just outside flat entrance. Very warm and sunny- but also has air conditioning in every room and sun blinds. Host was very kind to leave coffee pods and water in fridge, which was very appreciated! Overall a very recommended stay if you want/ need to stay slightly outside of main Bologna.
