The location was very comfortable, within walking distance of all the most important things to see in Ravenna. Finding a parking spot in the vicinity was very easy and inexpensive.

The staff spoke excellent English, which was a benefit for us as we were tired after a long journey from Canada’s west coast. The front desk manager was very helpful- he arranged the payment for our on-street parking spot (the hotel also has its own parking garage), and personally brought extra towels to our room and fixed a connection problem with the wi-fi as well. The restaurant dinner was good and the free breakfast selections were outstanding- the best we’ve ever found in Italy.

The thermal pool with salsobroiodine water and treatments and massages are available for an extra charge. The thermal pool and the wellness center are located at 80 mt from the Grand Hotel main biulding, in the same internal thermal park.

Speaking English, Spanish, French and Italian at the reception, staff are willing to help at any time of the day. The staff of the hotel were exceptional. We had to cut our trip short due to personal reasons and the staff were extremely understanding and friendly, we ended up not paying any extras due to the last minute cancellation but left with wonderful memories of the hotel, the restaurant and the thermal baths. We hope to come back soon to spend more time here.

The dinner at the on-site restaurant was delicious...one of the best of our trip. Our host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Every single member of staff were completely dedicated to making your stay enjoyable. The decor was so nice, the rooms full of comfort, the spa small but very well designed, the massages sublime. Food was varied, interesting and delicious. The tranquility was amazing, I am a bad sleeper but managed almost 9 hours, unheard of. I am already planning my next trip back.
