The apartment is a short bus ride from Termini and we were satisfied with everything. It had everything we needed and location-wise it's also very convenient. They have 3 separate units within the apartment, so it's also possible to book several rooms if you're coming as larger/multiple families. AC was working well, which really helped as it was blistering hot in Rome. WiFi was also never an issue. The building is an old one that also had an old elevator, but it was good enough for us to carry our travel buggy up and down. Overall we'd recommend this property for couple or even family with kid(s).

The property is even better than depicted in the photos. Amazing craftsmanship and the amenities were incredible from the shower to the sauna in the room! Staff were great and the location was central to allow you to get anywhere easily with access via key card at the entrance to enter at your leisure. Will definitely stay here again!
