Amazing experience at this wonderful hotel; the location in Cannero Riviera is perfect, very close to the place where we can take the ferry and literally on the promenade along the lake. We had a room with a view on the lake and it was magical. The breakfast is the best breakfast we ever had; so many options! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we didn't expect such a high quality. The price was more than reasonable for the experience we had. Everybody at the hotel was very welcoming and we really hada great stay.

The Hotel is an excellent place to relax, the art on display in the corridors adds to it and also the Spa is amazing.

Cozy atmosphere where you can enjoy your stay starting from very beginning of the day, until the very midnight. Room are spacious, clean, comfortable One of the best drinks at the lobby bar, best Aperol Spritz in the city. Great breakfast, wide choice high quality food and drinks. And finally Fornt Desk, no this is The Front Desk :) People who love to make your life (and not only your stay at Principe) happier!!! They are just The Great!!! Room was exceptional, in fact it was a suite instead of a room. Location is great, close to the main square. Onsite parking. Super staff. Very well maintained and renovated.

The resort has some special events during the day, for example the apericena with Italian focaccia and Italian bruschette at 18.30, for free. Has another a great breakfast and a wellness spa center included in the cost. The room is very comfortable and the see sight from the window is unbelievable. In you want to ski, there is sky school and also Fregiusa slope.

The spaciousness of the rooms, equipment and location

We are very happy to leave a review, because this place truly exceeded all our expectations. The highlight for us was definitely the outdoor hot tub. It was around +5°C outside at night, and we were relaxing in wonderfully hot water, followed by time in the modern sauna with beautiful lighting. In the evening it looks absolutely stunning and creates a perfect atmosphere for complete relaxation. There is also a barbecue area, and everything is well arranged for enjoying it. When we arrived, our lodge was already prepared and perfectly warmed up — the air conditioning was on, and as soon as we stepped inside it felt warm, comfortable, and incredibly cozy, which was especially pleasant after arriving late. The rooms are spacious and perfectly sized for our group of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). Everything feels new, very clean, with a pleasant smell of wood and a warm, cozy design. Cleanliness is at the highest level. The food was delicious for both adults and children. Breakfast was excellent: cheeses, ham, various cereals, juices, cakes, pastries, incredibly tasty croissants, and a truly amazing cappuccino. What we especially appreciated was the relaxed and easy-going atmosphere. No unnecessary rules or pressure during check-in or check-out. We arrived late at night, and it was not a problem at all — at the reception there is a self-service tea area, where you can prepare tea yourself. Free water is always available in the refrigerator. In the morning, after our SPA experience, we saw the cleaning team draining the water from the hot tubs and thoroughly cleaning the sauna and glass surfaces. It was clear that the water is changed after every guest, which explains the exceptional cleanliness everywhere. Keep up the great work! An excellent place that we would gladly return to. For us, this is the best place to stay overnight near Milan, and we are sure we will come
