Every aspect of our stay was exceptional, from the personalised service and outstanding food to the beautiful location, excellent facilities, impeccable cleanliness, and relaxing ambience. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Paola and her team went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful holiday experience in Ischia, always happy to help with anything we needed. As a thoughtful gesture, they even sent us on our journey home with food supplies. We will definitely return and highly recommend this beautiful family-run hotel to anyone visiting Ischia.

A wonderful new hotel in Ischia: the staff is always smiling and helpful, the gardens with different plants and colours are amazing, the pool on the rooftop offer a wonderful view also by sunset (and a special place where to get relax). Moreover, you can use the services and facilities of the nearby hotel (thermal Spa, pools, private beach, restaurants). Compliments for the breakfast : you can find sweets, fresh fruit, wonderful cappuccino - and the personnel is also providing scrumble eggs /omelette.

I had an amazing stay at the Royal Sunset Hotel – everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff were professional and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was truly relaxing. A particular highlight was the spa facilities, which I can’t recommend enough. The treatments, ambiance, and overall experience were exceptional – definitely a must for anyone staying here. Grazie! I’ll gladly return on my next visit!

I decided to take a last minute trip and booked for one night here but wish I could have planned for a longer trip. The pool and breakfast were very nice. What stood out to me are the hosts -- they're very polite and treat their guests well, something that made an impression on me, especially after staying in Naples city where it's a bit rough around the edges. A few mins walk to the beach and there are many restaurants nearby. They have partner deals with nearby restaurants where you can get a discount! I highly recommend

My family and I absolutely loved this beautiful hotel. We particularly enjoyed the rich, delicious breakfast featuring high-quality products and the location itself—situated on a hillside overlooking the sea—which offers a unique, incredible view of the picturesque town of Sant'Angelo and the Torre Sant'Angelo rock formation. The views and sea vistas here are unbeatable. Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) could be enjoyed in the upstairs restaurant, which features large, wide-open panoramic windows offering stunning views of the sea and Sant'Angelo. The hotel is excellently managed by a respectable family—mother, father, and two sons, Umberto and Pietro—who personally oversee operations at both the hotel and the restaurant every day. A major plus is the complimentary shuttle service provided to the nearest bus stop (about 1 km away), as well as to the town of Sant'Angelo and the Giardini di Poseidon thermal park. Umberto and Pietro personally handle these transfers using the hotel's minivan every day, and they are incredibly helpful with advice and recommendations regarding tourist attractions on the wonderful island of Ischia. The hotel's pools—some filled with thermal water—are incredibly relaxing, as are the sun loungers with their generous, comfortable cushions. We also loved the indoor spa and wellness area, featuring a Jacuzzi, sensory showers, and two superb saunas, as well as the garden—a veritable paradise filled with olive trees, cacti, and flowers—where we could have happily stayed forever. Congratulations to Umberto, Pietro, and their parents for the exemplary way they run this family business, personally dedicating themselves to its daily operations. ...current operations of the hotel and restaurant.
