As others have said Paola and Dario are wonderful - so incredibly friendly and helpful with lots of useful information. They and other staff including Pino, Diego, Sara, Tosca - will do what they can to make your stay the best possible experience. The location of the hotel is great as it's away from the main road so is quiet and peaceful and a 20 minute walk down the hill to the centre of Forio. If you experience the heaving buses to get around (as well as the intense pollution from cars and scooters in some areas) you certainly appreciate the serenity of the lovely grounds at Ideal, especially the refreshing pool and the glorious thermal spa. They also have their own wine which is delicious and somewhat addictive... If you arrive/depart by ferry to Forio they'll give you a lift so no struggling to get a taxi. We had a clean newly renovated room which was airy and bright with a great modern colour scheme. We couldn't fault this lovely hotel 😍

It is a very nice hotel with quiet area. A few steps from the beach and restaurants. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. The best part of the hotel it’s their people. The staff has an approach to walk an extra mile for their clients. I fully recommend it and hope to come back there.
