Beautiful property with an excellent location and wonderful staff / service

Facilities were absolutely top class. A huge and spacious room with a comfy bed and every amenity you could think of. Host considered every option and catered for all of them. Amazing, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The island, the flat, the view. It was pure perfection. All the facilities in the flat were on point, clean, tidy and best of all was the contact with the company, any issues or texts were attended immediately.

We loved everything about this property- the location, the aesthetic, the owners.

The apartment is in the best locaion with the most amazing view. The host is very helpful, responds within couple of minutes and is always there to solve any issue. The only little drawback is that there is no terrace but we still used the little patio to drink coffee and watch the boats and life on the promenade.

Beautiful room, great staff. There were events at the location both nights we stayed, but there was little to no disruption to our stay.

We spent 4 nights at Domus Aenaria, and it was a perfect base for our time in Ischia. If you’re looking for space, comfort, and easy access to the beach and restaurants, this villa is a great choice. The house itself is spacious and well-equipped, but the highlight for us was the first-floor terrace. It’s large, with both a dining and seating area, and we spent several evenings there enjoying drinks and meals while looking out over the rooftops of the town. It really added to the relaxed holiday feel of the stay. It’s also an excellent option for families. The layout gives everyone room to spread out, and the kitchen has everything you need for a quiet night in. The location is very convenient, with a flat, easy walk to both the beach and nearby restaurants. There are several good places to eat just a short stroll away, so we never had to go far for a great meal. Our host was wonderful — warm, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The detailed area guide and local recommendations made it much easier to make the most of our short trip. Overall, Domus Aenaria is elegant, comfortable, and very convenient. We’d highly recommend it for families or groups who want to enjoy Ischia with ease.

Friendly staff, great location and great views from our room.

The location was very easy to reach from the ferry, and the food was incredible - we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Dinner was a full Italian meal with buffet appetizers, primi and secondi piatti, and dessert. We loved relaxing in the thermal pool and the garden. The staff were all lovely and really put us at ease.

Amazing hotel with the most beautiful view in the world and incredibly kind, helpful and attentive staff. There is a perfect private beach and beautiful garden. The bus station is in front of the hotel and you can easily go to the centre and port of Ischia. Wonderful island! Grazi!

Absolutely fantastic property—highly recommended for a week in Ischia! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: the beds were super comfy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location is excellent too—just a short walk to public transport and very close to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book again!

Everything. The staff here are impeccable nothing is too much trouble they go out if their way to make sure you are having the best time, the hotel has lush gardens all around making you feel as though you are miles away.

The location as well as the premises is very nice. The room is perfectly clean, washroom is tidy. The staff is very cooperative and dedicated. The breakfast is yummy!
