Very contemporary and comfortable interior with loads of extras. Lots of fun stuff to do for kids including playground, playroom, pool, sauna for adults. Really enjoyed it here.

The staff was super-nice and helpful. The location is excellent (15 minutes walking distance from Meran city center and thermal spa). The spa is nice, even if the outdoor whirlpool is a bit small - 4 people - and not overly hot in winter.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We were particularly impressed with the delightful afternoon snack provided by the hotel, which was a lovely treat. Additionally, the gourmet dinner was an absolute highlight of our stay, featuring exquisite dishes and impeccable presentation. The wellness facilities were outstanding. The sauna was incredibly relaxing, and the pools were pristine and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, we highly recommend hotel for anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

The location was gorgeous, the building was cozy and nicely decorated, the amenities were lovely - hot sauna, ebikes, and a healthy, refreshing breakfast. I also can't overstate how much the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special! Andreas, the director, made us feel very welcome and gave us a lot of great tips. I hope to be back again soon and will definitely recommend it to my friends!!
