Here you can enjoy the company of Japanese people, experience kindness and friendliness of the staff, have excellent food, and soak in the great atmosphere and surroundings of beautiful mountains. I loved the onsen with it's great variety of indoor and outdoor baths. Everything was easy and comfortable, there were free toiletries, water, snacks and fresh yukata everyday. Our room was spacious and very clean. No noise outside was a bonus. The receptionist and restaurant staff were so lovely, welcoming and attentive. Thank you for making our holiday in Shikoku so enjoyable ❤️

Hotel Katsuyama Premiere provides rooms in Matsuyama near Botchan Train Museum and Matsuyama castle. The staff are all very kind. I was really impressed how friendly they were. Breakfast was ok, typical buffet fare. But dinner was really tasty! The hotel is within easy distance of the tram and buses.
