Loved the room & overall hotel facilities. I have lost my backpack; left it on the bus from hakone-yumoto stn to tenyu stn. The staff was very kind and helped me find the backpack by contacting the bus company. I appreciated it so much. Also 2 public bath were amazing!!! Would love to go back!

Ouvert en 1878, le The Fujiya Hotel est un établissement à l’architecture typique de l’ère Meiji situé dans le magnifique cadre naturel d’Hakone. I really liked the historical architecture and being able to stay in it. It was a pleasure to also dine in the beautiful main restaurant. I also liked having a walk in shower.

I stayed in the junior suite with a view of the beach and お富士様 and did not want to leave. It was so beautiful. The staff are wonderful. They go the extra mile to help and assist you. A staff member even drove me to a convenience store and helped me complete the forms to transfer my luggage to the next hotel. The bed is large and comfortable. The linen is great, Lots of pillows. The breakfast delivery to my room every morning was perfect to eat on my balcony watching the world. The tea/coffee maker was great as well The toiletries and complimentary drinks were so thoughtful.

Le onsen privé très agréable. Lit confortable - personnel agréable et au petit soin - repas du soir parfait !

Cozy, eight room ryokan. There are two private onsen for guests. The onsen water relieved pain and movement in arthritic joints and made your skin feel silky smooth. The bathroom amenities in the onsen are luxurious. The futon was very comfortable, even for elderly western guests. Specifically request continental food if you do not want 100% Japanese cuisine. Both the continental and Japanese dishes were presented beautifully and tasted amazing.

L’établissement InterContinental Yokohama Pier 8 by IHG se trouve à Yokohama, à 2,3 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Tour marine de Yokohama. The room was clean, some drinks were complementary which was great. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The view was beautiful. Tv offered some channels in both English and Japanese. Staff was friendly. Distance to shops is reasonable.

Ideally located in Yokohama, The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama, open from September 2020, offers lavishly-decorated air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. The room and view was spectacular. Truly 5 star. The gym was very well equipped and open 24 hours…even Chris Bumsted (Mr Olympia) would have been happy. The spa facilities were excellent.
