The view of Mount Fuji was incredible. The rooftop onsen was very special and the room had very thoughtful amenities. Customer service was excellent and the location at Haneda Airport was convenient. This was a perfect introduction to Japan.

Probably the best breakfast we had in Japan and great service, including luggage storage in case the flight is in the afternoon. Really comfortable bed

I asked for a vegetarian breakfast which was fantastic. The room was beautiful and the whole building is very new but still breathes Japanese history due to the refined mix of old and new. If go here you need to know that it is a small place, so don't expect a big fancy hotel. You have your own bath room, but you have to book the time slots for the sauna.

An American breakfast is available at the accommodation. An outstanding experience - spacious arrival area. Felt like we were the only ones at the hotel - meet and greet to the check in was super. The Junior corner suite was amazing - it was beyond expectation and every little touch was superb. Special surprise for my wife on her birthday, everything you want in a 5-star experience. Bath was lovely, bed comfy, touches were sublime and food was amazing - room service; breakfast; just lovely. Cannot understate the tremendous stay here.
