The host especially is fantastic, very responsive, and so accommodating. I left an item behind and they were kind enough to send it back to my home in kanagawa so I am extremely grateful to them!

The view from our room is beautiful and breathtaking! The water of the onsen inside of our room is silky smooth. We could also make daily reservation to use the outdoor onsen for private use. Mostly importantly, the dinner and breakfast served at the hotel is of the highest quality, cooked by their talented chef, with fresh local produce. We were seated in different private dining rooms each time for our meals in two days. The Chandelier Dining Room is absolutely beautiful! All staff are extremely enthusiastic and helpful!
