Located in Karuizawa, Kyukaruizawa Kikyo, Curio Collection by Hilton is situated a 6-minute walk from Kyu Karuizawa Ginza Dori shopping street. helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was very well-prepared in term of the quality and the presentations , also very delicious. The shuttle service is above my expectations.

The lady who runs the Onsen is a delight. She speaks great english and she is very helpful. They all make you feel very welcoming. The place is neat, everything and everywhere is super clean. You can see that they truly embody the Japanese spirit of putting the heart into everything they do. I'd totally recommend this place to anyone who wants a true Onsen experience.

Jaapani stiilis majutusasutus Onyado Hishiya Torazo asub Shibu kuumaveeallikate piirkonnas. The atmosphere of the place was amazing. Traditional looking building with the best private onsens, the outside one being magical, especially in the snow. Complimentary yakuta to wear made it even better. The host was eager to please and very friendly, giving out hand made origami.

Featuring a bar, 蔕 Heta Nozawa Onsen is located in Nozawa Onsen in the Nagano region, 22 km from Ryuoo Ski Park and 33 km from Jigokudani Monkey Park. What a gem this place is!! This was our first time in Japan and wanted to go somewhere that maintained a lot of the local culture. This is that place. It feels brand new! Comfortable beds, nice private bathrooms and all the amenities you could want. We stayed in the double room on the lower level. There is a waterfall right outside the room where all night you can hear the soothing sounds of the babbling brook. It was some of the best sleep of my life with that white noise in the background. We really enjoyed the private bath/sauna every day after skiing. The main gondola is only an 8 minute walk from the room. The bar downstairs was incredible, we stopped to have a lemon sour every evening before dinner. Kazu,who manages the bar downstairs, was our favorite! He made our trip so lovely. We (as Americans) wanted coffee first thing in the morning, and when we told him that, he brought us a nespresso maker so we could have it in our room. How thoughtful and special! Also, Akari who cleans the rooms was so kind and went out of her way to speak to us and offer any assistance about places to eat, etc. This place is truly the most comfortable and amazing spot in Nozawa. I can’t say enough good things about it. Aesthetically pleasing, accommodating, and easy access to the ski resort. Absolutely amazing.

阿智星降りの宿やま星 offers a sauna and free private parking, and is within 2.5 km of Achi Shrine and 4.1 km of Achi Shrine Okumiya. The hotel's room is acceptional beautiful, spaciousand cosy. The onsen is serene and privacy. There is also sauna with star gazing facilities.

Aia, tasuta privaatse parkimise, ühise puhkeruumi ja terrassiga Shoraiso asub Yamanouchis, 4,1 km kaugusel Jigokudani ahvipargist. We had a great stay at Shoraiso for our honeymoon in December. Service is unparalleled and the staff are doing above and beyond to make us feel like home without being intrusive. We love the elephant decor of the room and the beautifully landscaped garden, and the private onsen is definitely the highlight of our trip. Breakfast and dinner are included and the food is just exceptional (very tasty with fresh local ingredient and creative presentation). The location is quite convenient - 45min train from Nagano to Yudanaka station and hotel is just a few min drive away (the hotel can arrange pick up). Monkey park is quite close (around 15min taxi away). Overall we couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Featuring a restaurant and ski-to-door access, 斑尾高原どんぐり村 features accommodation in Madarao Kogen with free WiFi and mountain views. The comfort, the coziness, the cleanliness, the close proximity to the ski area, the amazing food, the friendliness and helpfulness of our hosts from the minute we arrived to Liyama Station until we left. We felt that we were ‘family’ during our stay. We highly-highly recommend you to stay in one of these cottages!

Restmance Pension Woody Hill asub Iiyamas, 25 km kaugusel Ryuoo suusapargist ja 30 km kaugusel Jigokudani ahvipargist. The room is warm and cozy. The bed is very comfortable. It’s a perfect choice for your ski trip or exploring the area in the green season. The hotel is close to convenience store open from 10am to 20pm there are restaurant and cafes nearby. There is a big ski room, and you can dry your gears. You can buy your ski-pass with a discount directly at the holes. The owner and the staff are amazing. the breakfast is lovely. I will come back! MADARO mountain is great!
