The facilities were great as well as the food. The location was perfect in terms of the main train station and restaurants etc.

It was in a beautiful setting with natural beauty all around. The staff were always friendly and polite. Service was perfect. The room was very comfortable and stylish.

Located in Karuizawa, Kyukaruizawa Kikyo, Curio Collection by Hilton is situated a 6-minute walk from Kyu Karuizawa Ginza Dori shopping street. Service was excellent, shuttle service was amazing, breakfast was delicious and rooms were very comfortable. Love the coffee machine. Staff were always ready to assist us.

蔕 Heta Nozawa Onsen ligger i Nozawaonsen i Nagano, 22 km från Ryuoo skidpark och 33 km från Jigokudanis appark. Här finns en bar. The wellness was amazing. Very new and clean! Two saunas and a cold bath outside, and a hot bath with showers inside. The room was nice and clean as well! And the owner was amazing, helped us with recommendations and additional service for our wet shoes and booked a taxi for us to go to the station.

Amazing property with even more amazing staff. We stayed for two night during our honeymoon and couldn’t be happier with the experience. It was an authentic yet luxurious Ryokan. Our room was beautifully decorated, spotless and it even had its own onsen. The food was exceptional and the staff was very well trained and extremely friendly. Highly recommended this hotel and would love to go back on day.
