Clean, everything is well thought of. Tip top class service, also not to forget to mention about the onsen. It has both hot and cold onsen, very clean with a hot sauna. All washing facilities are very clean and well kept. Also, both the Japanese restaurant and The Bar are astounding in design n service.

Established in 1666, Honke Bankyu is housed in a registered historical building. The Japanese rooms feature traditional decor, futon bedding and a flat-screen TV. The overall atmosphere is amazing. It truly gives the authentic rustic onsen experience, especially with the room private open air bath.

Candeo Hotel Utsunomiya asub Utsunomiyas, 38 km kaugusel Nikko jaamast ja Tobu Nikko jaamast. Looks new, modern, nice rooms. Great location near station and shopping mall.

Located in Nasu, 25 km from Shirakawa Station, Grand Mercure Nasu Highlands Resort & Spa provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking and a restaurant. Only 3 advantage of this hotel are : 1. Free night cup hour ., free alcohol and snacks . 2. The public spa big enough 3. family with kids you can come to have a visit Other than those are poor. Gorgeous on the outside , poor in the inside. So I marked as this. If you are looking for a place to relax and have a good sleep you SHOULD NOT COME HERE

KAMENOI HOTEL Okunikko asub Nikkos, Kegoni joast 13 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on spaa- ja tervisekeskus, tasuta eraparkla, vabaõhuvann ja aed. The staff is nice, I lost my headphones at the train station, they helped to contact the station and found it. They also have snow shoe spikes and slider to rent out in winter, but we didn't know it until the day we leave.

43 km from Kegon Falls in Nikko, Hacho no Yu features accommodation with access to a hot spring bath, hot tub and spa centre. The staff was very welcoming and the food was delicious! Lovely hikes nearby. Seems to be a wonderful location anytime of year.

Their egg dishes and sausages were very good, and the morning coffee was above expectations. The spas were the convenient to use, and the outdoor spa was also satisfying. The second floor tea room is very charming and the furniture is very quaint in an old-European fashion. Make sure to use the shuttle bus that is available as it saves time. The timetable can be checked on the hotel’s website. Also, the staff are very warm and friendly, and are very helpful. I would like to stay at this hotel again if I were to visit Nikko in the future.
