Set in Tokyo, 300 metres from The Watarium Museum of Contemporary Art, THE AOYAMA GRAND HOTEL offers accommodation with free bikes, private parking, a fitness centre and a terrace. Very helpful staff, they helped big time in navigating us through Tokio. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and impeccably kept with all the possible amenities you can imagine. Even pyjama's which was a first for me (and I travelled a lot). Also breakfast was great - it was a combination of breakfast to order, supplemented with a buffet. By international standards the buffet was modest good quality. Overall, I liked the "urban chique" but still cosy atmosphere the best, at price that I think was good value for money. Will definitely re-book when I am back in town.
