The staff are the warmest and most helpful people who genuinely take pride in their work and support each other. Special mention to Rushanthi, Nadan, Shiva and Janarthan but all the staff are helpful, nothing is too much trouble, including helping us find the best dosa we’ve ever had in the local town of Hatton. Highly recommend the tea tour, we learnt so much, and the local self-guided walk.
