Front desk staff were very helpful and responsive to my requests. Breakfast very good spread of cold meats, fish, cheese, salads as well as pastries, fresh bread, fresh coffee. Nice ambiance in the restaurant. Perfect place to stay is you have business in Sialiai!

This is a nice old fashioned hotel. Everything clean, very friendly staff, comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast!

Situated in the centre of Šiauliai, 40 km from Joniškis Bus Station, Svaja ApartHotel & SPA provides accommodation with a hot tub. The place seems brand new, I liked the location and the room was excellent, well prepared, clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful and comfortable. The room we stayed in had a large modern TV right in front of the bed which was awesome. The shower was also really nice, plenty of space. The overall decor in the room is upscale and tasteful.

From the minute we arrived and met by staff person until we left, everything was perfect! The food in the restaurant was very good and the folks working there were pleasant and helpful as we did not know the language! Highly recommend!!

Local craft beer in the restaurant was very deliciius, superb breakfast! Very good value for money, higly recommended.

Wonderful Apartment in the City Center asub Šiauliai kesklinnas, vaid 40 km kaugusel Joniškise bussijaamast ja 400 meetri kaugusel fotograafiamuuseumist. The location is perfect almost in the main street. The rooms are big, the washer dryer in one is great, kitchen and balcony to have a cigarette.
