Location was amazing. The restoration of the building and how elements of the old building were integrated in was beautifully done. The sauna was great. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with impeccable English.

I had a really great stay; beautiful hotel with the grandeur of the past! Very friendly staff that helped with everything, rooms great, breakfast great. In the middle of the old town which makes it easy to navigate the beautiful city. Good bistro on site as well. Highly recommended

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The location is truly unbeatable, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were lovely and friendly throughout the stay, and the room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with real care clearly put into the Christmas decorations, which added a warm and festive atmosphere. Breakfast was decent. It was a pity that the spa was under renovation during our visit, but hope experience it another time.

Absolutely marvellous service, fantastic staff and very comfortable rooms. Right in the centre of the city, well known by all the taxi drivers :) SPA is great and breakfasts are a separate pleasure! Totally worth every penny

The apartment was absolutely amazing — everything was spotlessly clean, well-designed, and felt truly luxurious. Even the shampoo smelled great! The curtains were perfect and blocked all the sunlight, so we slept incredibly well. The hosts were very kind and understanding, and I really appreciate their patience with our late arrival. Overall, this was one of my best stays. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

The owners and staff super friendly and really chilled. The resort is a real oasis of calm and tranquity. It was hard to leave! Nice veggie dinner. My fave breakfast food in a bowl of porridge with blurberries, banana and honey. Also caprese and bread. I liked the Asian vibe, the decor, the aroma and the sounds of gentle indian chanting.
