We booked a very big family room and had a very happy time during the stay.

Excellent stay, the Riad is so beautiful with 2 indoor seating areas, each gorgeous. Service was phenomenal, had dinner there and the Meat Tagine with prunes was the best I had in Morocco, and excellent spa service.

We were only here one night so it's hard to judge but from that one night we had a great experience. We were upgraded, the person who welcomed us gave us lots of great info, and we had a pleasant stay. The Riad was also huge compared to the ones we had seen in Marrakech so that was very nice. And the location was perfect for 2 half days of walking around before continuing on our journey.

Our room was super clean and comfortable, and the courtyard with the pool is just stunning. Breakfast was delicious every morning (fresh juice, fruit, pastries, everything you could wish for!), and dinner was just as amazing. The staff are the kindest people — always smiling, helpful, and making sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt at home here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fez! Thank you for making our stay unforgettable! 💛

The place is magical. A real Riad in the very center of the Medina. The breakfast was phenomenal. Elena is a wonderful host who had no problem waiting for us at 3 in the morning. We are grateful for that.
