Set within 4.6 km of Royal Palace Fes and 4 km of Fes Railway Station in Fès, Riad Hikaya - Fes Story features accommodation with seating area. the staff at the riad were exceptional, they responded to all of our needs, answered all our questions and were very helpful overall. The night manager became very close with us and took us on a tour of the medina and a palace in the medina. We ended up being invited to his home where his mom made a wonderful lunch for us. the room was good and large enough for our needs. location was great, right in the medina.

I was so excited to stay at the Riad Zaya and the pictures did not disappoint! One of the most beautiful places we have stayed for the value of the money. It was a short walk to the gate of the Medina when we had to meet up with a driver. The rooms were super clean, the breakfast was great, but what will bring us back again is the staff. Our host, Youssef, took wonderful care of us. He helped with reservations, tours and even cooked us dinner. We now have family in Fez!

Riad Louna Fes & Spa asub Fèsis, 1,5 km kaugusel Fesi kuninglikust paleest ja 100 meetri kaugusel Medersa Bouananiast. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. This is a beautiful Riad in a great location - an absolute oasis of calm on the edge of all the busyness of the medina. Our room was huge with a very comfortable enormous bed, and a great shower. Breakfast served in the terrace room, was delicious, plentiful and varied. But the best thing about this place is the staff. Fatima, Chaimare, Yassine and Ratiba all went out of their way to provide the warmest welcome and service. My absolute highlight was the wonderful hammam and massage, given by two exceptional masseuses. Ten stars!

Riad Fes Dar asub Fèsi Fes El Bali linnaosas, 300 meetri kaugusel Bab Bou Jeloud Fesist, 200 meetri kaugusel Medersa Bouananiast ja 500 meetri kaugusel Batha väljakust. This Riad was wonderful. From the service to the food and location. Everyone was so kind and accommodating.

I recently had the pleasure of staying one night at Riad Dar Timrad, and I genuinely wish I had booked a longer stay. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Ali, Moeed, and the entire team made me feel not just like a guest, but like family. Their unmatched service, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated my entire Fes experience. This Riad is relatively new, boasting only six beautifully designed rooms, but it already sets a gold standard for service and style. The infrastructure is modern yet authentically Moroccan, blending traditional design with comfort and luxury. The warm welcome with Moroccan tea was the perfect beginning to an unforgettable stay. What stood out the most was the breakfast – an extensive, delicious, and beautifully presented spread that I looked forward to more than any meal during my trip. From freshly baked bread and pastries to traditional Moroccan delights, it was a breakfast I will remember for a long time. The rooftop is another highlight: a cozy and stylish seating area with a Jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the medina. To top it off, I discovered that the owner's brother runs a nearby restaurant called Fondouk Bazaar, just a 5-minute walk from the Riad. At first, I didn’t realize it was part of the same family, but once I dined there, everything made sense – the quality, cleanliness, and service mirrored what I experienced at the Riad. The food was absolutely incredible, with an open kitchen and immaculate atmosphere. Hands down, one of the best meals I had in Morocco. Riad Dar Timrad is a rare find – a place where luxury, warmth, and authenticity meet. The owner truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is taken care of, and it shows in every detail. If you’re coming to Fes, I can’t wait to return :)
