Riad molto pulito; la stanza era spaziosa, ben mantenuta e dotata di tutti i comfort. Posizione ideale, soprattutto se si arriva in macchina (parcheggio pubblico, custodito, a pagamento). Dotato di un ristorante e della connessione WiFi gratuita, il Riad Al Makan si trova nella vecchia Medina di Fez, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla Porta Azzurra e a 1,5 km da Chouara Tanneries. The staff were very helpful and friendly, Anas and Youssef. They waited for our late checkin, they explained to us the city’s history and best spots, they were very prompt with anything we asked. The building itself is very beautiful and very clean, and the room was spacious.

The night manager became very close with us and took us on a tour of the medina and a palace in the medina. We ended up being invited to his home where his mom made a wonderful lunch for us. the room was good and large enough for our needs. location was great, right in the medina.

Il Riad è molto bello con una vista spettacolare su tutta la città. La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita. La colazione abbondante e davvero ottima. Youssef è la ciliegina sulla torta, sempre cordiale e disponibile ha reso la nostra permanenza indimenticabile affidandoci anche una guida della città molto brava che parlava la nostra lingua e che ci ha fatto conoscere la storia di Fes portandoci a vedere i suoi angoli più nascosti!

The hotel is a new one with really nice design and touch of luxury that can be felt in all corners. Owner and staff are all very welcoming making the experience feel like home. Have not tried all other Riads in Fes, but I am sure this one is the top one

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Riad di Fes per qualche giorno e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio: un’oasi di tranquillità a pochi passi dal cuore pulsante della medina. Le camere sono spaziose e pulitissime. Un ringraziamento particolare a Chaima per averci fatto sentire come a casa.

Colazione ottima, attenzione alle nostre esigenze alta. Buona posizione. Struttura molto bella e gestita con attenzione. L'edificio è ben tenuto e i materiali e i tessuti utilizzati per tutta la struttura sono ottimi. Ottimo livello di pulizia!

Beautifully restored and decorated Riad on the edge of the Fes Medina. We felt at home from the moment we walked in and were served tea and baked goods which were greatly appreciated after a long drive from the desert. The staff were exceptional and really elevated our experience with their kindness and guidance, especially Houssam and Ali. The breakfast was delicious with nice variety. A highlight of this Riad is definitely the rooftop which boasts a small pool and seating areas that overlook the Medina. I also tried the hammam which I strongly recommend.
