Made the most of that in the evenings! Shame about the shower flooding. The tray definitely needs a lip to contain the water. 1min showers were annoying. aside from that, and also at times having no water, our stay was lovely.

The location is incredible, Maho Beach is 100 meters away, also the famous airplane sighting, the Princess Juliana airport is very close at 1km and the taxi only costs $10 dollars. You can find a supermarket nearby, pharmacy, coffee shop, restaurants, bars, everything is close at hand. The Studio has a beautiful view of the ocean, it has a balcony with 2 chairs and a small table, all perfect for watching a beautiful sunset. The Studio has a kitchen with a microwave, a small refrigerator (maybe 3.1 ft3), a coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom is very spacious with 2 sinks, a wc, a washing machine, a shower, 4 large towels and other small ones. It also has a small room where you can put all the clothes from your suitcase on shelves, it has an ironing table, a basic clothing iron, two security safes, an inflatable mattress, and a beach umbrella. The bed is super comfortable and huge, in the room there is also a desk, a sofa bed and a TV cabinet; The air conditioning works perfectly. The key is a password for a digital lock and the owner sent them us for email with 1 or 2 days before. The owner was always in contact with us and was very friendly. We will definitely return to Sand Bar Cove - Beach Bar Studio. We recommend it 100%

Freshly remodeled. Large tv. Great ocean view. Location was perfect. Refrigerator had filtered water and automatic ice maker. Beautiful furnishings inside and outside. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked really well and was really quiet. Showers were very powerful. KKO and Coco beach club are to each side of the condo buildings.

La Samanna, A Belmond Hotel, St Martin is a 5-star beachfront resort on the Caribbean island of Saint Martin. One of the best beaches, the best service and great food. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxury vacation.
