We were filled with positive reviews from other visitors, according to which I chose this hotel. A nice surprise was that we could choose the type of pillow, I personally prefer a soft one, which I received within a few minutes of reporting to the reception. We received a prompt response from the staff even when we reported that the toilet flush was broken and it was repaired within 30 minutes. Excellent services.

The accommodation offers a sauna. Everything was very good except we got a room with adjacent door to the next room so you could hear discussions in the other room. The roof top bar and pool was nice as well. Staff very good and helpful.

Rooms are very big and clean, bed was extremely comfortable and shower was very nice! We payed additionally for the breakfast, but it was really special, including mimosas, eggs benedict and a really nice buffet. Staff was incredibly nice, with amazing recommendations. I specially enjoyed the recommendations from Nevena, and she was really sweet sending a surprise to the room on my birthday! It was an amazing experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Waterfront Hotel. The location is extremely convenient, and the views are absolutely beautiful. The staff were warm, helpful, and genuinely accommodating throughout our visit. They made special arrangements to help us celebrate my husband’s birthday, which made our stay feel extra thoughtful and memorable. The room had everything we needed, and the bed was a standout — incredibly comfortable and perfect for a great night’s sleep. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!
