My wife and I had a magnificent vacation at the Cinnamon Velifushi Maldives. Our bungalow was on top of the water, spacious and clean. The resort staff members were great, their hospitality and kindness were on the ‘next level’ especially Mujey, Maan and the manager Earnest from the restaurant, Mohammad Raji and Hansi from the kitchen who took care of our special dietary needs -Gluten free- very seriously, and Nichole from the diving center. Their support through out our one week stay was excellent. The food was great for all inclusive package. The spa experience was amazing. The excursions and activities were fantastic, we snorkelled with sharks, turtles and lots of sea creatures, watched dolphins and dove in the ocean.

The Maldives was an ultimate dream for me, so this is why my husband and I decided to spend our honeymoon here. I had my doubts but oh my god, this is truly a paradise. 1. Location Only 45 minutes away from Male. I believe this is important in terms of how long you want to spend in the boat. I didn’t want a place too close to Male, but too long destination would make me nervous too. So, in terms of location 10/10. Also, there is amazing coral reef where we saw 2 turtles, mini sharks, dozen of other beautiful fish. 2. Privacy I believe the main reason why Maldives is so successful is the privacy you get. I have never felt this privilege to be completely alone. I didn’t see my neighbors (except for dinner and breakfast). I really enjoyed the silence of my villa. 3. Staff These people are simply the best. I feel if I ask for the moon, they will find a way to give it to me. The island is small, the staff has more people than guests, so everyone knows you. That’s perfect 4. Food Amazing food. 5. Drinks I enjoyed cocktails a lot. They never missed. Prices from 12 to 18. And they can mix anything you like. 6. Nature Absolutely breathtaking nature, both underwater and tropical. 7. Extra Almost every evening we had something to do: the musicians and bands visited us couple times, there are pool, tennis, pingping, volleyball and other activities. Snorkeling is an absolute must!

Featuring free WiFi and an outdoor pool, Meeru Maldives Resort Island offers accommodation in Meerufenfushi. Staff was very professional and friendly. The rooms were clean. Food was abosolutely amazing, buffet of 20+ different dishes and desserts for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Mix of Asian, European, and American cuisine. The resort exceeded all our expectations and we hope we'll be able to come back soon.

Loved the dine-around programme - it’s makes such a change from buffet everyday. Everything included, even the mini bar. Staff were great. Food was the best we’ve had in the Maldives. Comfortable bed. Easy to use app to book the restaurants and order extra towels etc. Rooms and all resort areas were super clean. Transfers were seemless. The sea was a great depth for swimming. The house reef was amazing for snorkeling and diving but the current can get a bit strong later in the afternoon. Can see reef sharks, manta ray, turtles and even dolphins right in the resort.

The hotel is great. We stayed in a Grand Water Villa. The resort is formed from 3 different island.s. The food was very good and varied every day. There are a lot of activities to do on the islands. The staff is very attentive. Special thanks to Rumesh who made our stay great.
