This hotel alone is a reason to come to Querétaro. It feels like a perfect weekend experience, especially if you’re lucky to catch a concert happening on site. But even without any events, it’s a pleasure to spend the evening at the brewery bar and then start the morning with a swim in the warm pool. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive, the territory is beautiful, calm, and thoughtfully designed. It’s one of those places you want to come back to — and proudly bring your friends to. A small note for future guests: during both days of our stay, all spa treatments were fully booked, so if you’re planning to use the spa, it’s definitely worth reserving in advance. That said, the shared spa areas — the sauna and the humid room — are accessible and very pleasant. Special thanks to the administrator Ilyas (sorry, I may have misheard the name) for the care and attention. You can really feel the enormous work and dedication behind this project. It’s deeply impressive and deserves great respect. Wishing the owners and the whole team all the best.

The owner and the staff all went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we had a comfortable stay. We will definitely return.

Spacious, attractive room; rooftop restaurant and bar, wonderful staff answered all our requests, even packed us a box breakfast for our very early morning departure while the rest of the world slept, reasonable price.
