The staff is super friendly at all times, and always willing to help you in any way. The installations are great, everything is very new and modern, huge spaces and even though we went during peak season (New Year's), the hotel never felt overcrowded. The food, even if it's not the most amazing ever, is pretty good considering it's an all-inclusive. All in all it was a great stay.

We came here for our honeymoon. Everything here is so relaxing and a piece of heaven. The food is incredible, as well as the stuff. Everything we needed they helped us. Lucia and the other people serving our food as well. I really recommend the hotel at least one time because it’s truly an experience, especially coming with your loved one.

Riu Palace Riviera Maya - All Inclusive ligger i Playa del Carmen, 8 minutters gang fra Playacar Strand, og har en udendørs swimmingpool, et fitnesscenter og en have samt gratis privat parkering. Everything was perfect!! We have stayed a lot of 5star hotels around the world, but this stay was exceptional!! Best breakfast ever !! Have never seen such a wild choice!! 😋 + we really enjoyed the dinner- every night in different restaurant (and the best thing is -it’s all inclusive 🤩) + free minibar and liquor at the room 🙏

The place is simple extraordinary, far from the mess of mahahaul, a very nice beach club with only two rooms . Excellent staff and very good food.

Close to Playa del Carmen, but still surrounded by jungle. It's only a 15 minute walk from Xcaret park, and they can help you book the tickets. The staf speaks excellent English and are extremely friendly. They gave us a lot of tips and even bananas to feed the monkeys! Breakfast is okay, dinner is good. They don't offer a lot of traditional Mexican dishes, but as we were travelling for 3 weeks already we didn't mind the international kitchen.

I had an amazing time at this property! The rooms were spacious and provided a great view of the lagoon. The balcony was amazing with a private pool and hammock. I enjoyed the restaurant and sun beds as well. The location of the hotel is great and very close to the town. The hotel staff was so kind and they helped us call taxi's to and from the property when we would head to town. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone going to Bacalar!
