The installations are great, everything is very new and modern, huge spaces and even though we went during peak season (New Year's), the hotel never felt overcrowded. The food, even if it's not the most amazing ever, is pretty good considering it's an all-inclusive. All in all it was a great stay.

Such a beautiful hotel. We came here for our honeymoon. Everything here is so relaxing and a piece of heaven. The food is incredible, as well as the stuff. Everything we needed they helped us. Lucia and the other people serving our food as well. I really recommend the hotel at least one time because it’s truly an experience, especially coming with your loved one.

Close to Playa del Carmen, but still surrounded by jungle. It's only a 15 minute walk from Xcaret park, and they can help you book the tickets. The staf speaks excellent English and are extremely friendly. They gave us a lot of tips and even bananas to feed the monkeys! Breakfast is okay, dinner is good. They don't offer a lot of traditional Mexican dishes, but as we were travelling for 3 weeks already we didn't mind the international kitchen.
