Set in Ajijic, 500 metres from Chapala Lake, Hotel Lindo Ajijic boasts a year-round outdoor pool and sun terrace. Young ladies at reception were super accommodating and helpful. Massages on site are a huge plus. Breakfast was delicious.

My recent stay at Hotel Boutique Sol y Luna SPA was an absolute pleasure. From the moment we stepped through the door, the professional yet friendly staff made us feel welcome. Highlights of the hotel are the on-site spa, outdoor pool and restaurant. We indulged in a couple's massage that left us feeling rejuvenated. Food was delicious, cocktails were perfect, hotel grounds were gorgeous, and the staff was unbelievably friendly. Everything was SO well priced (especially the Swedish massages, which were also incredible!) Most of the staff spoke English, or otherwise were very patient with our use of a translation app. Owner was also super nice and gracious.
