We stayed at Ritz Residence for 4 nights and it was our best stay in Malaysia so far. From the beginning the communication was excellent and we got provided with useful details as to what address exactly to type in the Grab app and how go get in the building. The room is beautiful and modern and it was spotlessly cleaned and smelled really nice. The whole stay was a joy, they kelt checking on us making sure we were happy with everything. There are two pools and a gym also and a bit if a playground for kids. We swam there every day and exercised a little. Thank you for everything to all the Ritz Residence staff and hopefully see you again in the future.

We highly recommend the Ocean View Deluxe room in the Garden Wing (there are two wings: Garden and Ocean). The Garden Wing is a bit cheaper and more crowded, but guests can access the entire resort; only breakfast and the pool have some restrictions. We absolutely loved our stay and spent a total of seven days, split into two stays. If you go on a tour, you can leave your luggage with the hotel. The area is far (1-2hours depending on traffic) from Kota Kinabalu, set along a very quiet and secluded beach and nature strip. The hotel facilities are spacious, with many activities and restaurants—enough entertainment for several days. All staff went above and beyond in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. We stayed during the Christmas and New Year break and were seriously impressed by how well and professionally the staff handled all the guests.

The staff were friendly, helpful, full of smile.. The room that I booked was as expected and we're happy wf our choice.. The breakfast was so delicious especially the pastries and donut was so perfect..the nasi lemak was good and the mee hoon/kuey tiew was so yummy.. The activity rooms for kids and adult was perfect for our activity.. The pools, slides and beach was amazing.. we really had fun at the pool, slides and the beach..
