The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and great quality – definitely a perfect start to the day. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, always welcoming and ready to assist with a smile, which made our stay even more pleasant. The rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained, giving a very comfortable and relaxing feel throughout our stay. Special mention to the indoor pool, which was a fantastic feature – clean, well designed, and very enjoyable, especially for relaxing after a long day. Overall, a great experience with top-class hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. The location is strategic, it's not smack in the middle of the city centre so getting there was not confusing. The interior decoration is impeccable, simply every angle is pleasing to the eyes. The room was perfect, I wrote in my booking that I'm staying there for my birthday, so the hotel so very kindly provided a complimentary cake and minimal decoration for my stay. The bed was very comfortable and there's a selection of pillows that you can choose from to make your night extra comfy. I was a bit worried that the room might be too big with the bathroom taking up a quarter of the space, but thankfully there's a pocket door separating the bathroom from the bed. I also requested a room on the higher floors and they gave me one on the highest, which is very attentive of them. The TV has mirroring options which is great, but unfortunately Netflix is not allowed. A plus point is the complimentary refreshments in the fridge, I didn't have to worry about late night cravings for a nice cold beverage. The breakfast selection was okay, I understand that the hotel is not very big so the breakfast selection was a bit limited. I do have to say that the quality of the food is top-notch.

The staff are amazing especially Ajad at reception. Very helpful from check-in to breakfast and advice regarding going out in the city. Location and connection to KL Sentral is amazing. Made it easy to travel around. Room was quite spacious and very well cleaned throughout our stay. It was a really great home to come back to after going out every day. Thanks so much.

Enjoying direct access to Suria KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers, the luxurious Traders Hotel offers an indoor swimming pool and guests can enjoy meals from 2 in-house dining options. The receiption department is working extremely professional, they have internal communication pretty well. The tasks during check-in time was all set and ready during checkout process. This service is hard to find in any hotel nowadays. Also my special thanks for Mr. Nazeer that he sent a small cake for my birthday present. It was kind of a joke that i mentioned about it and he really did what he said. Huge thanks for him.

Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers accommodation in the city centre, just a 5-minute walk to KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers. Loved the hotel. It was extremely clean and very well organized. Staff was amazing. Super helpful and always attending to our needs. Hotel services like swimming pool, activities for kids, spa and in room dining services were exceptional. Buffet breakfast and dinner had variety and taste. Concierge and room service was great. Overall it was excellent.
