Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers accommodation in the city centre, just a 5-minute walk to KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice: pastries were delicious. We had a diner buffet which was absolutely exceptional. The best we ever had. All staff members were helpful and very professional especially the concierge “Rizal” . He has been very helpful. Many thanks to him.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The gym is really well laid out and equipped. We loved the flexibility of having breakfast in the buffet or Gordon Ramsay restaurant. It is hard to highlight anyone, as all staff were fabulous. Zuliana was always warm and welcoming. Badrul was always very helpful and provided us with a wheel chair for our aunty. She really enjoyed exploring the hotel and connected shopping centre with us. We look forward to staying there again. Thanks for a very pleasant stay!
