The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient, family-friendly stay.

I like everything , the room is big , the bathroom is nice ,very clean hotel , staff are professional,the pass at evening to distrbute water and juices, and the view is spectacular.

Luksuzni hotel Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur sa 5 zvezdica nalazi se pored Kongresnog centra Kuala Lumpur (KLCC). Hotel nudi bazen na otvorenom. Amazing experience. The room (29th floor) was spacious, clean and well designed. The food and service were outstanding. I stayed there for 7 nights in August 2025 with my wife and son and had a blast. Super friendly and helpful staff, attention to detail and good value for the price compared to other 5 star hotels.

Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur Hotel offers accommodations just a 10-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle city centre. Everything went well, which is not a surprise, I stay regularly in this hotel since 15 years. The sauna is one of the best ever visited.

Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers accommodation in the city centre, just a 5-minute walk to KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice: pastries were delicious. We had a diner buffet which was absolutely exceptional. The best we ever had. All staff members were helpful and very professional especially the concierge “Rizal” . He has been very helpful. Many thanks to him.
