Everything is very clean and smells amazing. The owner, Meghan, is incredibly attentive and prepares the most wonderful dinners. Highly recommended!

The decor, the staff, the atmosphere, the situation, the facilities and the hotel dog 😎. The owner of the hotel even arranged a tv screen for us to watch the Six Nations Rugby so what an incredible place to sit and watch the game looking out onto paradise. Special mentions to Benny and Bekar who made our stay wonderful. Always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed. I read before I booked here that some of the service was not good. I found the complete opposite. It was the perfect balance of attention and delivery. We had one of the sea view rooms where we listened to the sea and watched the surfers morning to night. If you are looking for a quiet room where you cant' hear the roar of the sea I'd book one of the garden rooms.

We visited Panama for the second time, and once again, we absolutely loved it. While looking for a beautiful place to stay, we came across this little hidden gem 💍– and what a find it was! Arrival & Welcome We were picked up by a private boat and warmly welcomed. The boat ride took around 45 minutes and was truly enjoyable. Along the way, we received interesting information about the surrounding islands – and even spotted dolphins! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delicious welcome cocktail before our first meal. Such a lovely touch!☀️😍 Room The room was spacious and very comfortable. We’ve seen a lot of bathrooms throughout Panama, and many of them lack a proper shower. But here – the shower was fantastic! Great water pressure and lovely hot water – such a treat. :) Breakfast Breakfast was amazing. The host really listened to our preferences, and I was thrilled to have my fried egg every morning – along with fresh fruit and avocado. A perfect start to the day! Lunch Lunch was absolutely delicious – we had shrimp with coconut rice and plantains. A real taste of local cuisine that felt authentic and lovingly prepared. Dinner The highlight of our meals was definitely pizza night on our last evening! It was such a fun, communal experience with homemade pizza in creative and tasty varieties. So cool – and honestly, unforgettable. Surroundings The water around the property was crystal clear – it felt like swimming in a private aquarium. We saw a small shark, a stingray, colorful fish, and more – all right in front of our room. I’m usually a bit hesitant in the water, but here, I felt completely safe and at ease. The trees, the light, the tranquility – I can’t even describe how beautiful it was. Truly one of my personal highlights – such peace and connection with nature. Activities The hosts’ children were incredibly kind and welcoming.

I have just finished my stay at Jungle Paunch and I really want to go back. Maxi is a great host, be will do everything to make you feel comfortable and help with whatever you need. Inside the cabins you will find the story of how Jungle Paunch was built and it is simply inspiring; a true eco lodge. the surroundings are magnificent and you can hear not only all the sounds of the jungle, but also the waves crashing in the sea very close by. an extraordinary experience, with regular visits from many animals! There is also a higher platform on the property that is excellent for meditating in the early morning and late afternoon! the Paunch area is very quiet, and Bluff beach - one of the owners’ passions - is well worth the visit. Offering tropical rain forrest, beaches and swimming pools, Red Frog Beach Island Resort is a private Caribbean island resort. We enjoyed everything at Red Frog. The whole place is amazing. Every staff member was amazing. We especially enjoyed Kenny and Freddie. We wanted to thank everyone for making our stay so wonderful. We felt so taken care of and appreciated all the kindness to our special needs daughter. Even the panga operators took special care of her and helped us in and out of the boats. Thank you all so much!

We enjoyed hiking, kayaking, and relaxing. The small resort size contributed to friendly conversation amongst the international clientele. Staff was great and attentive to every need.

Offering an outdoor pool, Playa Bluff Lodges is located in Playa Bluff, Bocas del Toro. Free WiFi access is available in this beachfront lodge. I was looking for a hotel where I could relax before a long flight, and Play Bluff Hotel exceeded my expectations. When I walked to my room, it was like walking through a tranquil natural landscape with fresh air, which was super calming. The beachfront is well-kept, and there are hammocks where you can take a nap while being swept by the sea. You couldn't ask for more. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The surroundings made you feel like you were staying in nature, listening to the sounds of the waves, insects, and birds. I was lucky enough to see sloths and monkeys at the hotel, which was just a short walk away. They have a beautiful, spacious yoga deck where I could practice, and the owner is an energy healer. Her energy is magnificent. They have a spa that provides massages and energy healing. I can see that a lot of work is being done here, with the hydroponic farm and organic farming. They’re doing a great job for Mother Nature. Everyone at the hotel is friendly. The service is good. One of the highlights is the Asian food, which I missed so much. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking to connect with nature. It's definitely worth it, especially if you have kids. One highlight was the jungle walk I took with the owner. It was amazing to see the ancient jungle with magnificent old trees that have been there for years. I also want to thank Mike from the reservation office who fully refunded my one-day late check-in because I was under the weather on the day I was supposed to check in.
