Questo hotel è andato oltre le nostre aspettative. Meraviglioso, molto tranquillo, dotato di due piscine riscaldate, una fronte mare e l'altra nella parte benessere in mezzo alla foresta. Stanza spaziosa e molto bella. Noi abbiamo scelto la camera fronte mare, i primi giorni, dato il mare abbastanza mosso, si sentiva tanto il rumore del mare, che può essere piacevole o meno durante la notte. A noi è piaciuto tanto. Colazione e cena disponibili anche senza glutine, ho apprezzato tantissimo. L'hotel si sviluppa verso la collina che diventa foresta, con ville e camere sovrastate dalla natura. E' stato un soggiorno fantastico!

We visited Panama for the second time, and once again, we absolutely loved it. While looking for a beautiful place to stay, we came across this little hidden gem 💍– and what a find it was! Arrival & Welcome We were picked up by a private boat and warmly welcomed. The boat ride took around 45 minutes and was truly enjoyable. Along the way, we received interesting information about the surrounding islands – and even spotted dolphins! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delicious welcome cocktail before our first meal. Such a lovely touch!☀️😍 Room The room was spacious and very comfortable. We’ve seen a lot of bathrooms throughout Panama, and many of them lack a proper shower. But here – the shower was fantastic! Great water pressure and lovely hot water – such a treat. :) Breakfast Breakfast was amazing. The host really listened to our preferences, and I was thrilled to have my fried egg every morning – along with fresh fruit and avocado. A perfect start to the day! Lunch Lunch was absolutely delicious – we had shrimp with coconut rice and plantains. A real taste of local cuisine that felt authentic and lovingly prepared. Dinner The highlight of our meals was definitely pizza night on our last evening! It was such a fun, communal experience with homemade pizza in creative and tasty varieties. So cool – and honestly, unforgettable. Surroundings The water around the property was crystal clear – it felt like swimming in a private aquarium. We saw a small shark, a stingray, colorful fish, and more – all right in front of our room. I’m usually a bit hesitant in the water, but here, I felt completely safe and at ease. The trees, the light, the tranquility – I can’t even describe how beautiful it was. Truly one of my personal highlights – such peace and connection with nature. Activities The hosts’ children were incredibly kind and welcoming.

We fear the bar has been set too high- the staff were amazing from start to finish remembering each guests name and the little things such as milk preference with coffee or general orders. The room was simply stunning with adequate space for chilling out before booking some fun packed excursions with the great captains in this accommodation. A different menu each night at the main restaurant had us counting our time down until dinner as each one somehow managed to out perform the last. 10/10 will be back and already looking into other Nayara locations!

This is a gorgeous and adventurous place to stay, tucked away from the breach, where you can see sloths in the trees, monkeys swinging through and bats hunting at dusk. The kitchens had everything we needed and the outdoor area was great for hosting meals. Maxi and Jane were excellent hosts, very attentive, and even made sure all our clothes were dry before we left given things can get a little wet in the jungle!

We had an amazing family holiday at Bluff Beach Retreat! Augusto and Anita and all staff are doing an excellent job to care for their guests. We felt very welcome, received many helpful recommendations and enjoyed the extremely delicious breakfast. Our room was clean at all times and very spacious for us three. There are only very few mosquitos, we felt safe and the beach right at across the road (which was not busy) was beautiful. Unlike some other hotels around here, ours was always quiet with only nature sounds to hear which we enjoyed. No music all day long, no queuing at the pool and the other guests were very friendly and nice to talk to. Make sure to do some grocery shopping before coming to the hotel as there are no shops around. We wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back one day to this paradise place.

We enjoyed hiking, kayaking, and relaxing. The small resort size contributed to friendly conversation amongst the international clientele. Staff was great and attentive to every need.

Offering an outdoor pool, Playa Bluff Lodges is located in Playa Bluff, Bocas del Toro. Free WiFi access is available in this beachfront lodge. I was looking for a hotel where I could relax before a long flight, and Play Bluff Hotel exceeded my expectations. When I walked to my room, it was like walking through a tranquil natural landscape with fresh air, which was super calming. The beachfront is well-kept, and there are hammocks where you can take a nap while being swept by the sea. You couldn't ask for more. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The surroundings made you feel like you were staying in nature, listening to the sounds of the waves, insects, and birds. I was lucky enough to see sloths and monkeys at the hotel, which was just a short walk away. They have a beautiful, spacious yoga deck where I could practice, and the owner is an energy healer. Her energy is magnificent. They have a spa that provides massages and energy healing. I can see that a lot of work is being done here, with the hydroponic farm and organic farming. They’re doing a great job for Mother Nature. Everyone at the hotel is friendly. The service is good. One of the highlights is the Asian food, which I missed so much. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking to connect with nature. It's definitely worth it, especially if you have kids. One highlight was the jungle walk I took with the owner. It was amazing to see the ancient jungle with magnificent old trees that have been there for years. I also want to thank Mike from the reservation office who fully refunded my one-day late check-in because I was under the weather on the day I was supposed to check in.
