The bed was comfortable, and although the rooms are not soundproof, the hotel is surrounded by a large park, so it is relatively quiet. The decoration of the hotel is very tasteful, and for being an older property, it is well maintained. A special mention to the staff: they made it a truly unique and enjoyable experience. When we had a problem with the water in the bathroom, they promptly sent a person to fix it. When we asked to change the shampoo and soap devices, they did it as soon as possible. We asked for extra complimentary bottled water and they provided that. We wanted to use the jacuzzi of the hotel, but because of maintenance, they offered us to use the jacuzzi in a suite. Due to a delay with the availability of the suite, they offered complimentary room service and let us stay as much as we wanted in that suite.

Set in a renovated Colonial house with a charming courtyard decorated with tile work and a small fountain, the inn offers rooms with free WiFi just a 5-minute walk from Arequipa’s main square. Beautiful place, amazing decoration. it’s a magic place. We spent 16 nights there in a family trip and they did everything they could to make us feel home. All the employees took great care of us.
