The location is fantastic, staff is super friendly and helpful, the property is beautiful and hot springs are taken care of and very enjoyable. We only stayed one night and wished we could stay longer. The restaurant has great food and service too. Breakfast is plentiful.

Antonio is a very good host who gave us plenty of recommendations in Arequipa. Rooms are big and clean! The colonial house is a beautiful and quiet place!

The bed was comfortable, and although the rooms are not soundproof, the hotel is surrounded by a large park, so it is relatively quiet. The decoration of the hotel is very tasteful, and for being an older property, it is well maintained. A special mention to the staff: they made it a truly unique and enjoyable experience. When we had a problem with the water in the bathroom, they promptly sent a person to fix it. When we asked to change the shampoo and soap devices, they did it as soon as possible. We asked for extra complimentary bottled water and they provided that. We wanted to use the jacuzzi of the hotel, but because of maintenance, they offered us to use the jacuzzi in a suite. Due to a delay with the availability of the suite, they offered complimentary room service and let us stay as much as we wanted in that suite.

I had a lovely trip to see the condors and some of the small towns in the canyon. Everything worked. Excellent service

I liked absolutely everything. A beautiful hotel. Just note you have to pay extra for the spa facilities. Beautiful foliage decorated around the antique building. A true gem of Arequiepa!

Featuring a garden with a swimming pool, a restaurant and a bar, qema Arequipa offers rooms with free WiFi. The Main Square is a 10-minute walk away. The pool and chilling area is the best. My room felt like home. Free ypga class every morning! People actually talked to each other, which is not usual at Selina. The staff was also very nice, also not usual at Selina. Also the tours are the same price as with agencies which is great and also unusual.
