The place is truly beautiful and peaceful. I found it very relaxing, especially with the yoga room located right above the river. The sauna was the perfect way to end the day. The accommodation is also conveniently close to the hiking trail to the Salt Mines (Salineras) — I absolutely loved it!

Staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms are lovely and the food was excellent. The laundry room was a big plus for us, since we had been traveling for almost a week!

The atmosphere is incredibly calm and relaxing. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The food at the restaurant was delicious! I highly recommend it.

Got what I paid for and thensome. Great location and really lovely facilities. Due to my delayed luggage the boss himself and the others in the reception met my needs, helped me acquire maintenance items and even helped me communicating with the airline concerning delivery of my luggage - all without hesitation. I was even offered postponed checkout which helped me alot.

Set in a beautiful colonial property and featuring an on-site restaurant, Palacio Manco Capac offers accommodations in Cusco. Free WiFi access is available. A complimentary breakfast is served daily. Beautiful location, stunning view from my room - I could see all of Cusco which was extremely nice at night. The whole hotel is as a 5* hotel should be.. no further comments :) Everything was wonderful, thank you very much!

I have no words to describe what our experience at this hotel was like. I traveled with my mom for four nights, and we had the best experience of our lives. The place is beautiful and perfectly located. From the moment you arrive, everyone greets you kindly with a big smile. The room had an oxygen system to help with acclimatization, which was very thoughtful. My mom experienced altitude sickness, and when we called the reception, they immediately sent a paramedic who provided outstanding care. When it was time to leave, my mom literally cried out of emotion. We will definitely come back.

Food is absolutely delicious, with great selections. Spa was oasis of comfort The concierge was extremely helpful and patient, helped me to book train tickets and local transport. Their resturant opens 5:30am so we could take a bit or grab some take-away before we boarded the train for Machu Pichhu, which itself was a great comfort. Staff is genuinely warm and welcoming!
