Great location to start hikes into the Tatras and the spa was clean and comfortable. Bath robe and slippers were included, which made packing for us less of a hassle, and made sure everyone in the spa follows conventions. We were allowed to park there a bit longer since we went into the mountains for two nights in between our stay at the hotel, which was very kind. The reception was proactive about making sure we had all the information to get into our rooms after reception closed.

Bads, pillows are very comfy. Staf is very friendly. Parking in the garage is very good and included in the price. View is perfect.
